  • Custom assembly takes up to 5 business days.
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
  • We ship orders immediately after building them.
Shipping Upgrades & Carrier Speeds
  • Faster shipping speeds up carrier transit only.
  • Expedited shipping does not bypass build times.
  • A 5-day assembly still applies to all orders.
  • Delivery times depend entirely on the selected carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
  • We are not liable for transit damage or loss.
  • File claims directly with the delivery carrier.
  • Contact USPS or FedEx based on your tracking.
  • Save all packaging materials to support your claim.
Return Policy
  • Returns incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • Customers pay all return shipping costs.
  • Items must be in completely unused condition.
  • Items must never have been installed.
  • Returns require the original product packaging.
