Cancellations and Exchanges

Order cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If you received your order and the size you selected was incorrect and need a different size ship the item back to us and leave a note inside with your order number and size needed.

Refunds
We do not accept refunds, but if for some reason your order arrived defective please contact us at gorillaknobz@gmail.com and we will send out a replacement once we receive the defective part.
