I haven’t even received my order yet. I’m still waiting for my base knob after placing the order at the beginning of December. I was notified three weeks later that voltmeter wasn’t available. Got a partial refund. I’m still sitting here waiting for my other item I ordered customer service sucks, you be lucky if you got a response to your concerns

Really?!?!!

Haven’t even received my order yet. Then you wait almost two weeks after my order was placed to notify me that you don’t have an item. I needed that order before Christmas and new years that’s why I placed the order weeks in advance.
